About the role

Our team of scientists is working together to rapidly advance MGD programs that target undruggable or inadequately druggable targets with unprecedented specificity.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and optimization of novel molecular glue degraders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, structural biology, and proteomics experts
• Perform experiments to validate new drug candidates
• Communicate findings and progress to internal stakeholders and external collaborators

Requirements

• A PhD in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related scientific field
• Experience with molecular glue degrader chemistry
• Strong background in structural biology and/or proteomics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Expertise in molecular glue degrader chemistry
• Experience with AI and/or structural biology techniques
• Proven track record of successful research projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
