School Support Paraprofessional - Monitor (Lunch)

About the role

School Support Paraprofessional Lunch Monitor positions are available at Brookside High School and Brookside Middle School. The position is 3.0 hours per day (10:15am - 1:15pm), for 181 days plus contracted holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide for the needs of students.
• Ability to use school software and technology to process and account for a food sale.
• Able to adhere to guidelines of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
• Maintain student conduct, building policies, and procedures as outlined in the student handbook.
• Maintain cleanliness of supervised areas.
• Perform clerical duties as assigned.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Building Principal and/or designee.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to do basic monetary mathematical calculations.

Base pay rate: $15.79

Schedule
