About the Role
PediaStaff is seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support early-childhood students in the Beaverton, OR area from September to February for the 2026–2027 school year. This in-person role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on young learners in a supportive school environment.
Hourly pay: $57–$62
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize specialized materials, equipment, and environments essential to the speech and language program.
- Provide educationally related communication intervention for students with language, speech, or hearing disorders in various settings.
- Assess speech and language skills of students suspected of having a communication disorder.
- Consult with teachers to develop IEP goals and objectives.
- Provide resources, model strategies, and train team members in communication interventions.
- Communicate student assessment results and progress with school staff, parents, and students as appropriate.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current Oregon licensure through the Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology.
- Experience working with children with a variety of disabilities and needs.
- Valid driver’s license, available transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Spanish-speaking skills are a bonus but not required.
