About the Role
Cross Country Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Bridgeport, CT to help students strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and succeed academically throughout the 2026–2027 school year.
- Provide speech-language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for K–12 students across a school setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and support students’ communication and academic needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals and IEP requirements.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and appropriate clinical credentials
- Valid Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
Pay
Earn $49.20 - $61.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with weekly pay and bonus opportunities.
