About the role

A School Services School Occupational Therapist is needed for a 13-week contract position starting November 9, 2026, working 35 hours per week on a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
• Assess student needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Document progress and communicate with referring parties

Requirements

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
