About the role

VyTalent Solutions is looking for a Sign Language Interpreter for a school-based contract assignment in Hagerstown, Maryland. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Setting: School-Based (Pre-K through 12, depending on assignment). Full-time or part-time options available for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Interpret classroom instruction, discussion, and school activities using ASL.
• Support students’ access to academic content, social interactions, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support the students’ educational participation, communication, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter.
• Willingness to obtain Maryland licensure.
• 2 years of experience as a Sign Language Interpreter preferred but not required.
