School Operations Coordinator, Alpha - $90,000/year USD
LOCATION NOTE: This position is in-person and based at one of our campus locations. You are the individual who ensures everything functions seamlessly.
About the role
You are the key liaison for parents, students, and staff members, delivering clear, prompt, and courteous communication. You lead campus safety functions, including entry management, health event response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notification. You coordinate day-to-day campus functions such as attendance tracking, facility management, transportation arrangements, and administrative logistics. You assist with onboarding and orientation of new staff to facilitate seamless integration into operational workflows. You administer student technology and campus systems, serving as the on-site technical resource and Google Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a key liaison for parents, students, and staff members, delivering clear, prompt, and courteous communication
- Leading campus safety functions, including entry management, health event response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notification
- Cross-coordinating day-to-day campus functions including attendance tracking, facility management, transportation arrangements, and administrative logistics
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new staff to facilitate seamless integration into operational workflows
- Administering student technology and campus systems, serving as the on-site technical resource and Google Administrator
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Greenwich, CT; Bethesda, MD; Santa Barbara, CA; Boston, MA — or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
