School Operations Coordinator, Alpha - $90,000/year USD
The position is in-person and based at one of our campus locations. You will ensure that the campus operates smoothly, creating an environment where students feel secure, staff remain productive, and parents place their confidence in the institution.
About the role
You will act as a key liaison for parents, students, and staff members, delivering clear, prompt, and courteous communication. You will lead campus safety functions, including entry management, health event response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notification. You will also coordinate day-to-day campus functions such as attendance tracking, facility management, transportation arrangements, and administrative logistics. Additionally, you will assist with onboarding and orientation of new staff to facilitate seamless integration into operational workflows, and administer student technology and campus systems, serving as the on-site technical resource and Google Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a key liaison for parents, students, and staff members, delivering clear, prompt, and courteous communication
- Leading campus safety functions, including entry management, health event response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notification
- Cross-coordinating day-to-day campus functions including attendance tracking, facility management, transportation arrangements, and administrative logistics
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new staff to facilitate seamless integration into operational workflows
- Administering student technology and campus systems, serving as the on-site technical resource and Google Administrator
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Greenwich, CT; Bethesda, MD; Santa Barbara, CA; Boston, MA — or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Benefits
Immediate availability and long-term commitment. Compensation level for this role is $45 USD/hour, which equates to $90,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
