What You Will Be Doing
- Managing comprehensive daily campus operations to ensure the 2-Hour Learning schedule runs punctually without disruption.
- Handling first-tier technical support (device configuration, basic diagnostics) and coordinating escalations with IT teams.
- Establishing credibility with students, families, and colleagues through precise communication and reliable execution.
- Deploying and monitoring campus safety procedures; overseeing drills, incident documentation, and vendor relations.
- Facilitating critical functions—events, staff integration, inventory and facilities oversight—to maintain campus performance at an elevated standard.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 1+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or comparable high-touch service settings
- Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure, exercise initiative, and balance multiple priorities autonomously
- Proficiency with basic IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration
- Strong, professional written and spoken communication that fosters community confidence
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and availability to work on-site in NYC, NY

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
