School Office Assistant I - Bilingual
Education/Experience
- Graduation from high school
- One year general clerical experience preferably including frequent public contact
- Read, write, and speak proficiently in both English and Spanish languages
Selection & Examinations
- A competitive application screening for completeness, qualifications, and experience
- A written exam (weighted 40%) and an oral panel interview (weighted 60%) will be conducted
- A passing score must be achieved on each portion of the exams
- The final selection will be made from those who achieve the three highest ranking scores
