School of Accountancy Clinical Scholar Pool 2026-2027

About the role

The Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy in the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University (SDSU) invites applications for a full-time, multi-academic year temporary faculty, lecturer position for Spring 2027.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the areas of Financial Accounting, with secondary interests in Taxation.
• Assist with various service and co-curricular activities.

Requirements

• Completed Ph.D. in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to teach in multiple disciplines, including financial accounting, managerial accounting, and/or taxation.
• Demonstrated ability to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Record of scholarly publications.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic teaching.
• Interest in joining the Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy.

Skills

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Pay

The anticipated salary range is $110,000 - $115,000 annually.
