School Occupational Therapist - $42 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Juneau, Alaska to hire a local contract Occupational Therapist.

About the Role

Help kids shine as a School-Based OT! Make a real difference in students’ lives while enjoying evenings, weekends, and holidays off. This role offers a 13-week local contract with a 36-hour work week and 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
• Potentially supervise OT assistants

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with an Alaska license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay

• Hourly rate: $39 - $42 per hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)
