Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Atlanta, Georgia to hire a School Occupational Therapist for a local contract position.

About the Role

Help kids shine as a School-Based OT! Make a real difference in students’ lives while enjoying evenings, weekends, and holidays off. This role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for creativity and flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
  • Develop, implement, and track effective therapy plans
  • Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
  • Potentially supervise OT assistants

Requirements

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with a Georgia license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay

  • Hourly Rate: $37.35 - $40.25 per hour
  • $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)

Schedule

  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 35 hours per week
  • 7-hour shifts, days
