School Occupational Therapist - $49 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Sycamore, Illinois to hire a local contract School Occupational Therapist.

About the Role

Help kids shine as a School-Based Occupational Therapist! This role offers a great work-life balance with evenings, weekends, and holidays free. You’ll work with students across multiple grade levels, and some travel between schools may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and track effective therapy plans
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Potentially supervise OT assistants

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with an Illinois license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay

• Hourly rate: $45.05 - $48.50 per hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)

Schedule

• 13-week contract
• 32 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts, days
