Responsibilities
- Prepare written opinions, letters, and analysis on compliance and investigations for schools and universities.
- Advise clients on special education law and related legal matters.
- Engage in occasional public speaking and client presentations.
Requirements
- 1–5+ years of law firm experience.
- Interest or experience in special education law.
- Strong academic record.
- Active membership in the Oregon State Bar.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
