School Campus Monitor FT

We are seeking a dedicated Campus Monitor to join our team and help maintain a safe, positive learning environment for all students and staff.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide active supervision throughout the campus during lunch periods, passing times, and before/after school hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hallways, cafeterias, outdoor spaces, and parking areas to ensure order and safety
• Enforce school rules and support positive student behavior
• Respond promptly to safety concerns, conflicts, or emergencies
• Report any incidents or hazards to administration

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Genuine commitment to student well-being
• Previous experience working with youth preferred
• Dedication to creating a safe and supportive school environment where students can thrive

Utah State Retirement

Benefit eligible employees are automatically members of the Utah Retirement Systems (URS). This means that the District contributes into the URS plan on your behalf each month. After the URS vesting period of four years, you will have either the Hybrid option, which is a combination of a pension with a 401k plan, or the 401k option if you choose.
