School Age Childcare Multi-Site Director - Before School
About the role
The Multi-Site Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a defined set of school-based sites. They are on the ground — visiting sites regularly, supporting teachers, making sure programs run well, and building the kind of relationships with school building staff that make HKP a trusted presence in every school. This is a role for someone who is organized, dependable, and genuinely energized by the work closest to kids and families.
Program Locations: Glenham Elementary School, J.V. Forrestal Elementary School, Sargent Elementary School
Travel Requirement: Regular travel between both program sites is required.
Responsibilities
Morning Program: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Pay: $17.75 per hour
Payday: Every other Friday

- Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare for children (ages 5–12) enrolled in our program on the days and during the hours you work. Qualifications
- Education and Experience:
- Candidates May Qualify With Any Of The Following:
- Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- NY State Children’s Program Administrator Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent office-recognized credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- Qualifications:
- Some experience managing or mentoring staff.
- Comfortable with scheduling, logistics, and managing daily operational coverage across multiple locations.
- Experience working directly with school building staff a plus.
- Familiarity with state childcare or school-age licensing requirements a plus.
