School Age Childcare Multi-Site Director - Before & After School
About the role
The Multi-Site Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a defined set of school-based sites. They are on the ground — visiting sites regularly, supporting teachers, making sure programs run well, and building the kind of relationships with school building staff that make HKP a trusted presence in every school. This is a role for someone who is organized, dependable, and genuinely energized by the work closest to kids and families.
Program Locations
- Oakside Elementary School
- Uriah Hill Elementary School
- Woodside Elementary School
Travel Requirement
Regular travel between both program sites is required.
Schedule
- Morning Program: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Afternoon Program: 2:15 PM – 6:00 PM
Pay
$17.75 per hour
Payday: Every other Friday

Qualifications
- Candidates May Qualify With Any Of The Following:
- An associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- A two-year college degree with 18 credits in a related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- NY State Children’s Program Administrator Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- A School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent office-recognized credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
