What You Will Be Doing

- Handling front-line technology support (device configuration, immediate troubleshooting) and coordinating escalations with IT teams.
- Establishing trust with students, families, and colleagues through precise communication and reliable execution.
- Executing and monitoring campus safety protocols; overseeing drills, incident documentation, and vendor relationships.
- Enabling key functions—events, staff onboarding, supplies and facilities oversight—to ensure the campus consistently operates at an elevated standard.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 1+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or a comparable high-service setting
- Demonstrated ability to remain composed during crises, show initiative, and handle competing priorities autonomously
- Comfort with basic IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration
- Clear, professional written and spoken communication that fosters community confidence
- Likely to be legally authorized to work in the United States and available to work on-site in NYC, NY
