A Scheduling Supervisor is needed to oversee the Circular Products (CP) team. Key responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating with planners and supply chain, and driving process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of related experience
- Understanding of manufacturing environments and business goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
What You'll Be Doing
Develop department schedules, coordinate with production planners, manage supply chain demands, identify and correct operational capacity issues, and drive process improvements.

Winsted, MN
Salary Range: $81,000 - $98,000 (Exempt)
