Scheduling Specialist (OB/Gyn)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Scheduling Specialist to ensure efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients. The position is based on‑site in Onalaska, WI for training, with remote/hybrid eligibility for residents of WI, MN, and IA who can attend onsite meetings and training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to patients through top‑level customer service and first/last impressions.
• Partner with providers, medical professionals, and managers to support patient health journeys.
• Assist patients by scheduling appointments and handling related inquiries.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• At least 1 year of office experience with customer service responsibilities.
• Strong organization, phone etiquette, and customer service skills.
• Medical terminology knowledge and healthcare experience is a plus.
• Experience with Epic or other healthcare systems is desired.

Pay

Starting pay of $17.93 per hour, with higher rates for additional experience.

Schedule

• 72 hours bi‑weekly (0.9 FTE), full‑time.
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with a rotating day off every other week.
• Scheduled weekly hours: 36.
