Responsible for accurately scheduling physician consults and outpatient procedures following established protocols. Communicates effectively with physician offices, patients, nursing units, and ancillary departments to coordinate appointments and tests. Conducts professional patient interviews to gather medical history, demographics, and financial information.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Minimum of two years customer service experience, with at least one year in a healthcare, call center, or clerical setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
