Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize provider scheduling templates, protocols, and workflows to improve patient access, maximize provider productivity, and support efficient clinic operations.
- Work extensively within the EMR to develop, maintain, and monitor provider schedules, department builds, and scheduling-related processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and patient safety.
- Collaborate closely with providers, clinic leaders, schedulers, IT teams, and operational stakeholders to implement scheduling best practices and support organizational access goals.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of scheduling trends, develop process improvements, provide training support, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

The Interventional Spine Clinic Department at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for those suffering from chronic and acute pain. Our team focuses on diagnosing, treating, and managing pain through a variety of approaches.

Qualifications
- Education and Experience Required:
- 2 years' experience working with clinic schedules, provider templates, provider protocols, department builds, and Excellian reports.
- Preferred Graduate of an accredited four college or university
- 2 years of Excellian experience preferred.
