Radiology Scheduling/Reception Supervisor - Interventional Radiology

Purpose & Scope

The purpose of the Supervisor, Radiology Scheduling and Reception is to work and supervise the Radiology Scheduling / Reception Staff and operations under the guidance of the Manager of Radiology Scheduling and Reception. The Supervisor will maintain daily operations by effectively staffing and managing the workflow throughout the day. This position will aid the Manager with training staff, monitoring scheduler productivity, staff professionalism, and effective use of time.

About the Role

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree being preferred. Five years of experience in a business clinical setting, with supervisory experience being preferred, are required.
