Rehabilitation Scheduling Coordinator
About the role
To provide patient appointment scheduling and customer service functions with a personable and professional manner. These functions primarily include scheduling and coordinating therapy appointments using EPIC, responding to phone and in-basket requests, and supporting staffing supervisors to alert of current daily needs. Performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Two years’ experience in a direct customer/patient service position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years post-secondary education in Health Care or Business Administration is preferred
- Prefer experience with electronic medical record Healthcare scheduling is preferred, five years is strongly preferred
- EPIC experience strongly preferred
Qualifications
