Responsibilities
- Complete scheduling coordinator work connected with travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, status information, and supporting documents.
- Review requests for completeness before updating systems or taking action.
- Coordinate routine follow-up with customers, vendors, teammates, or internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, trackers, meeting notes, or handoff information needed for daily operations.
- Keep assigned work organized, current, and ready for review.
Requirements
- Strong organization, written communication, and attention to detail.
- Comfort using email, spreadsheets, shared documents, calendars, and web-based business workflows.
- Ability to follow documented procedures consistently.
- Good judgment about when to resolve routine issues and when to escalate.
- Transferable office, customer-service, project, school, internship, or volunteer experience can qualify for junior roles.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
Pay
Base salary: $54,000 - $63,000 per year
