Scheduling Coordinator
What You'll Do
- Set-up and continually coordinate staffing
- Aid in maintaining Technician payroll
- Maintain a good relationship with all contract staff
- Develop relationships and establish contracts with Staffing Agencies
- Absorb and recall Technician details and/or history
- Absorb and assist Staffing Manager with various staffing needs
- Take and field emergency phone calls on occasion and work independently to identify and solve unforeseen issues; requires acute problem-solving skills
- May require other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- A high school diploma
- 1-3 years of working experience in a Staffing Coordinator or Administrative role
- Must be detail oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
