Scheduling Coordinator (Marlton, NJ- VCP)
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider with patients in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. About the role
We are seeking a diligent and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in the Marlton, NJ office. This full-time, in-person role will involve managing and coordinating schedules efficiently to support our growing operations in the House Calls department.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments in adherence to provider availability and area
- Prioritize urgent appointment tasks and schedule them accordingly
- Ensure all messages are completed and distributed appropriately
- Reschedule patient appointments as needed
- Review and update patient insurance information
- Manage a high-volume workload, effectively prioritize tasks, and remain organized to promote prompt and courte service
- Display excellent communication skills
- Reach out to referring sources for patients expressing difficulty with scheduling
- Update account information at the point of scheduling
- Maintain provider daily appointment quota
- Ensure new patients are scheduled within 3-5 business days
- Handle insurance preauthorization
- Place calls to patients for providers when needed
- Handle voicemails daily and ensure all inquiries are addressed properly
- Correctly notate patient charts to maintain up-to-date accuracy
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Administrative healthcare experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to navigate several software databases throughout the day
- Maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor with patients and staff
- Effective communication across various mediums with staff and patients
- Strong written skills
- Capable of managing high volumes of phone calls
Pay
$18.00 per hour
