Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider with patients in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments in accordance with provider availability and area.
  • Prioritize urgent appointment tasks and schedule them accordingly.
  • Affirm that all messages are completed and distributed appropriately.
  • Reschedule patient appointments as necessary.
  • Review and update patient insurance information.
  • Manage a high-volume workload, effectively prioritize tasks to remain organized, and promote prompt and courteous service.
  • Show excellent communication skills.
  • Contact referring sources for patients experiencing difficulty with scheduling.
  • Update account information at the point of scheduling.
  • Maintain provider daily appointment quota.
  • New patients should be scheduled within 3-5 business days.
  • Handle insurance preauthorization.
  • Place calls to providers when needed.
  • Handle voicemails daily and ensure all inquiries are handled properly.
  • Correctly notate patient charts to maintain up-to-date accuracy.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma / GED is required; an Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Administrative healthcare experience is preferred.
  • An attention to detail is essential.
  • The ability to navigate multiple software databases is required.
  • A calm and pleasant demeanor with both patients and staff is necessary.
  • Effective communication across various mediums of communication is required.
  • Strong written skills are necessary.
  • Able to manage high volumes of phone calls is required.

Pay

$19.00 per hour
