Scheduling Coordinator, Home Support

Location: Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living, a beautiful 87-acre continuing care retirement community in Parkville, MD.

About the role

Join our Home Support team as a Scheduling Coordinator! The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of staff as well as customer service support to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with care providers in matching them with residents to strive for consistency in care.
• Educate residents and families about the program and services offered.
• Evaluate and recommend services based upon resident needs.
• Manage resident schedules for private duty care as indicated on the care plan.
• Triage resident, family, and employee questions and issues.
• Provide guidance and supervision to Aides for non-clinical performance issues.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in scheduling for home care, healthcare, or environment serving the senior population preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel.
• Experience in working with UKG Dimensions, Kronos, or other advanced time tracking software preferred.

Pay

Compensation: $25.50 - $30.00 hourly, commensurate with experience.
