Location: W. 740 Galbraith Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231
Schedule
- Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly)
- Monday–Friday, alternating shifts: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED in Healthcare (Required)
- Up to 1 year of clerical experience in a healthcare setting (Required)
- General computer skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
Responsibilities
- Performs clerical duties, including interpreting scheduling requests, scheduling appointments and/or tests, and maintaining medical records for participants, both internally and externally with various providers and specialties.
- Coordinates scheduling of participants within multiple departments internally, including nursing, transportation, and therapy across three different sites.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills and appropriate judgment in phone and in-person interactions.
- Answers phone calls promptly and courteously to set up appointments and relays accurate messages to the appropriate person.
- Effectively schedules participants for specialist and routine appointments both internally and externally.
- Follows all scheduling procedures and completes paperwork accurately and timely.
- Communicates appropriately with customers, transportation, and other departments.
- Ensures all medical records are retrieved from outside providers and forwards information to the medical records department for scanning.
