About the role
The Client & Care Team Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining caregiver schedules that ensure every client receives reliable, high-quality care. This role serves as the communication hub between clients, caregivers, and office staff while balancing staffing needs, schedule changes, and service continuity. Success in this role requires outstanding organization, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage daily caregiver schedules
- Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and personality
- Fill open shifts quickly while minimizing overtime
- Respond to call-offs and last-minute schedule changes
- Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and referral partners
- Monitor service hours and staffing needs
- Coordinate caregiver availability and PTO requests
- Maintain accurate documentation in WellSky
- Ensure continuity of care for every client
- Work closely with recruiting and operations to maintain adequate staffing
- Help improve scheduling efficiency and client satisfaction

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or healthcare coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems
- Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, or logistics preferred
- Experience with WellSky is a plus
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day

Pay
$45,000-$55,000 based on experience, plus bonuses based on performance.
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm (Friday is 4pm)
