Academic Scheduling and Systems Administration
- Recommend enhancements to the Pathway system to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Perform system testing and validation of Pathway updates, enhancements, and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) releases.
- Review and process course and enrollment updates while ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Coordinate the development and submission of semester course schedules in collaboration with academic units.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to departmental scheduling staff on CourseLeaf CLSS-WEN processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the University Catalog Editor to ensure approved curriculum and course updates are accurately reflected in Pathway.
Classroom and Event Scheduling
- Manage classroom assignments and optimize utilization of academic spaces using Ad Astra.
- Collaborate with campus stakeholders to accommodate scheduling needs while maximizing space efficiency.
Customer Service and Stakeholder Support
- Serve as a resource for students, faculty, and staff by researching and resolving scheduling and registration-related issues.
- Provide professional staff support, consultation, and training to colleges, schools, departments, and faculty committees as needed.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the Registrar Scheduling email account.
- Support Registrar’s Office operations by assisting with incoming calls and phone queue coverage.
Compliance and Records Management
- Maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of student records in compliance with FERPA and institutional policies.
- Ensure adherence to university procedures and data governance standards.
