Scheduler - Interventional Cardiology

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule procedures within the cardiology department, focusing on interventional cardiology cases.
• Utilize Epic scheduling system to effectively manage appointments and patient flow.
• Ensure smooth communication between clinical staff, patients, and providers to optimize scheduling efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to department protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with cardiology scheduling.
• Proficiency in Epic scheduling system required.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling and knowledge of cardiology procedures advantageous.
