About the role

Inner Pacific Alliance for Cancer Care is hiring a full-time Radiation Scheduler responsible for scheduling patient appointments and tests in an efficient and timely manner. This role serves as a liaison between patients and medical staff, handling incoming calls, directing them to appropriate personnel, and scheduling outpatient appointments, referrals, testing, hospital surgeries, and admissions. The position also involves obtaining necessary pre-certifications, managing return appointments, and handling cancellations or rescheduling according to physician and office guidelines.

Additional duties include managing new patient referrals, gathering necessary information, registering new patients in the computer system, and scheduling their appointments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• Three (3) years of office experience

Qualifications

Previous medical office experience is preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $22.33 - $31.27, dependent on experience.
