Pay Transparency
In order to support the Fair Compensation Strategy by the US Govt., HR Dept., clients are required to adhere to "Pay Transparency Law" in impacted states, which mandate employers to list salary ranges in job advertisements and promotions.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: License/Certification not specified.
EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience in the medical field as a registrar, receptionist or other related position required.
KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of medical terminology and computer experience with scheduling software programs and STAR is preferred.
SKILL: Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred at time of hire; incumbents within position will be trained appropriately and then skill will be required for this position within 30-60 days from date of hire.

Performance Expectations

Demonstrates the technical competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.

Work Environment

Potential for exposure to the hazards and risk of the hospital environment, including exposure to infectious disease, hazardous substances, and potential injury. This position requires sitting and working at a computer a majority of the time. Periodic traveling to other department locations is expected.

Reporting Relationships

This position reports to the Central Reservation Manager and the Clinical Director in Endoscopy or clinical leadership in Health Services.
