Scheduler
Description
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed schedules for maintenance, outage, and project activities within a nuclear facility. This role ensures work is planned and executed efficiently while maintaining compliance with nuclear safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed schedules for major maintenance and outage activities
- Integrate work activities, resources, and constraints into schedules
- Perform schedule analysis and identify risks and conflicts
- Support outage execution and daily schedule adjustments
- Cookordination with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with nuclear standards (NRC, INPO, site procedures)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4-7+ years of experience
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and outage scheduling
- This is a Scheduler position
- Woodlands, TX only within 5-20 miles
- 0-4 years of customer service, meter service, or service scheduling/dispatching experience
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work with multiple levels of the organizational structure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Must be able to work well with others
- Experience in scheduling resources for maintenance and construction practices
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
