Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Journeyman Program Scheduler providing support to the Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR) Program Office, Mission Delta 4, 4 STS at Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), CO (near Colorado Springs, CO). Odyssey is in search of an experienced professional interested in joining a fast-paced, dynamic team supporting the United States Space Force responsible for the modernization and sustainment of missile warning, missile defense, space domain awareness sensors and command and control systems. You will be using the latest software support applications to plan and schedule system upgrades and maintenance as we transform the way we do program sustainment in the United States Space Force. Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO
• Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams)
• Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success
• Support requirements development, plan preparation and assess ability to achieve results
• Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management
• Perform corrective actions as necessary to achieve end result

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen
• Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Years' experience: Seven years of directly related experience, five of which must be in the DoD
• Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
• Years of experience: At least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD

• Location: Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO
• Onsite, Hybrid, Remote: Hybrid- Approx. 1 day per week remote (Subject to approval of the Government customer)
