Join our team as a day shift, full-time Neuroscience Scheduler in Albuquerque, NM. Thrive in a people-first environment and help make healthcare better by delivering a world-class patient experience through phone, chat, and email interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class patient experience through positive phone, chat, and email interactions to elevate patient satisfaction.
• Accurately and compassionately schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using EPIC.
• Pre-register patients and assist with patient-to-clinic healthcare questions for up to two specialty lines.
• Identify and resolve patient needs to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR).
• Ensure efficient and effective interactions by managing Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance (QA) scoring.
• Demonstrate dedication and commitment to patients through dependable attendance and schedule adherence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare field/role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with standard office procedures and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in a related field of study.
• Experience in a call center environment.
