Responsibilities

  • Plans and prepares schedules for mid-size projects/programs within an assigned Region or Division.
  • Captures and coordinates relevant data points for project planning.
  • Maintains and monitors project progress.
  • Produces critical path analysis and status reports.
  • Develops recovery plans and what-if schedules as needed.
  • Develops and implements scheduling guidelines.
  • Ensures compliance with Henkels & McCoy's Project Management Methodology (PMM).
  • Communicates effectively with operations to ensure timely completion of schedules and projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in resource loading scheduling.
  • Working knowledge of construction and relevant industry practices.
  • Experience with Critical Path Scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Completion of Henkels & McCoy's PMM training and formal Project Management coursework.
  • Moderately complex problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
