Responsibilities
- Plans and prepares schedules for mid-size projects/programs within an assigned Region or Division.
- Captures and coordinates relevant data points for project planning.
- Maintains and monitors project progress.
- Produces critical path analysis and status reports.
- Develops recovery plans and what-if schedules as needed.
- Develops and implements scheduling guidelines.
- Ensures compliance with Henkels & McCoy's Project Management Methodology (PMM).
- Communicates effectively with operations to ensure timely completion of schedules and projects.
Requirements
- Experience in resource loading scheduling.
- Working knowledge of construction and relevant industry practices.
- Experience with Critical Path Scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Completion of Henkels & McCoy's PMM training and formal Project Management coursework.
- Moderately complex problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
