About the role

The NDC Schedule Inbound Coordinator (SIC) plays a crucial role in the Security Domain of Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI). They manage service dispatch and support field operations, working closely with various teams and customers to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage email service request backlog
• Dispatch guards and handle emergency tickets
• Coordinate third-party vendor meetings
• Handle field technician calls for assistance
• Manage work orders and requests
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians
• Drive key business initiatives and service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Flexibility to perform additional duties
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Ability to maintain above-satisfactory attendance

Pay

Hiring hourly range: $20.67 - $27 per hour (to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
