Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SCCM/MECM environment, including software deployment, patching, and configuration management
- Create, package, test, and deploy applications across enterprise environments
- Support operating system deployments (OSD) and image management
- Perform ongoing patch management, including 3rd party patching solutions (e.g., Recast or similar)
- Assist with Intune / Endpoint Manager for device management and co-management scenarios
- Maintain documentation for deployment processes and configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support endpoint lifecycle management
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with SCCM / MECM administration and engineering
- Hands-on experience with application packaging and deployment
- Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Experience with 3rd party patching tools (Recast preferred)
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments and enterprise endpoint management
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment and system issues
Nice to Have
- Experience with co-management (SCCM + Intune)
- Powershell scripting for automation
- Experience in large enterprise environments
