SCCM Engineer

Position Summary

A Financial Services firm is continuing the process of converting from Windows 7 to 10. An experienced SCCM Engineer is required to assist with this effort and also provide Level 3 Desktop Support Services for the End User Community. Collaboration with multiple organizations and departments as needed. This position reports to Senior Management within the IT Technology organization.

Requirements/Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting to support Win7 to Win10 migrations
• Responsible for query reporting
• Excellent scripting background required
• Excellent SQL background required
• Attend and or Chair Meetings as required
• Provide assistance to Level 1 and 2 Desktop Support Staff
• Prepare and provide reports as requested

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience
• 3+ years of working within a large enterprise organization
• Recent experience working in a Financial Services Firm is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
