Tasks

• Accurately scale and measure all ingredients (dry and liquid) using a variety of scales.
• Condense partial pallets of ingredients on a daily basis, moving pre-scaled ingredients and combining to one pallet.
• Rotate to other pre-scale positions as needed.
• Compile ingredients orders for production items.
• Manually label bags or containers of ingredients for a production run.
• Stack pre-scaled ingredients on pallets, making them convenient to usage and shrink-wrapping as necessary.
• Prepare containers or pallets and secure ingredients.
• Maintain a clean work area throughout shifts.
• Clean all utensils and scales at the end of the shift.
• Sweep and clean the pre-scale rooms at the end of the shift.
• Perform additional tasks as needed, including cross-training on other machines and/or in other areas.

Basic Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours per day.
• Must adhere to all GMP policies.
