Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in upsells, cross-sells, expansion, and renewal ownership.
  • Experience in high-volume, high-velocity sales environments, including outbound prospecting.
  • Skilled at managing the full sales cycle and building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Exceptional customer-facing and presentation skills with credibility across leadership levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, empathy, and high energy.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of early adopter and expansion accounts, including renewals, driving adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Identify signals for expansion opportunities and execute upsells, cross-sells, and outbound campaigns to generate additional revenue streams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting with customers on processes and challenging leaders to drive meaningful change.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outbound engagement to negotiation and closing.
  • Deliver high-touch relationship management and proactive account planning to maximize customer value.

Pay

The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $120,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including education, training, experience, business needs, and work location.

Schedule

This role is on a hybrid model of 3 days/week in our NYC office.
