Sawmill Utility (Probationary)

Description

SMURFIT WESTROCK COTTONTON SAWMILL is seeking committed and hardworking individuals to join their team as a Sawmill Utility Worker in Cottonton, AL. The primary responsibilities include providing assistance to operators and performing general labor tasks around the mill, such as wood marking and banding, and running re-runs between edger, stacker, and tipple operators.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to work safely at all times
• Able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• One year minimum work experience

Qualifications

• Pass a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer
