Saw Operator/Material Handler - 2nd Shift (Mon - Thurs 3pm-1am)

About the role

Aggressive Hydraulics is a custom hydraulic cylinder manufacturer dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction. This position is available on a 2nd Shift schedule, working Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm to 1:00am.

Responsibilities

• Aid in manufacturing processes including sawing, porting, honing, and polishing
• Provide materials to and from all work centers as needed
• Ensure parts are manufactured to the required quality and in a timely manner
• Supervise the supply of materials necessary for manufacturing
• Adhere to the quality management system during daily manufacturing
• Inspect parts according to established standards
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation (timekeeping, Bill of Materials, prints, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned, including general maintenance and housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and set up various machine tools
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Preferred: Strong math and mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in using various computer software applications
• Ability to use and read measuring equipment
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds throughout the workday
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Wants to do the job (WGC)

Pay and Schedule

The pay range for this role is $21 - $25 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential for full-time employees.
