Team Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled Saviynt Analyst/Sr. Security Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll leverage your deep Saviynt knowledge to mature our newly introduced greenfield platform by expanding systems under management, centralizing access governance, automating processes, and ensuring optimal platform functionality. You'll collaborate with internal and vendor teams to design solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to a secure Saviynt environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership and support to the Saviynt product team, troubleshooting production issues and identifying root causes.
- Design and implement end-to-end application onboarding solutions within Saviynt based on client requirements.
- Manage SOX compliance, auditing, and access review processes.
- Participate in upgrade and release management activities.
- Develop and maintain JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) flows to automate tasks and processes within Saviynt.
- Integrate applications with Saviynt using various connectors.
- Configure workflows in ARS (Access Request System) and leverage Saviynt analytics tools.
- Manage Saviynt configurations, including Rules Technical User updates, UI Global Configurations, Backend configurations, and GSP files.
- Utilize Java and MySQL queries to interact with Saviynt data.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.
- Document solutions and configurations for future reference.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Saviynt (EIC) design and implementation, with an in-depth understanding of Saviynt product functionality, including provisioning, access certifications, SoD (Segregation of Duties), analytics, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), workflows, and email notifications.
- 5+ years of overall experience with IT Security, Identity and Access Management, Lifecycle Management, Identity Governance, and Role/Attribute-Based Access Controls.
- Experience with configuration management of User Technical Rules, Users/Accounts, UI Global Configurations, JML flows, backend configurations, and GSP files.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborative skills, and experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle IT and business stakeholders across multiple teams in a complex program, self-direct project outcomes with minimal supervision, and manage cooperation and influence with customer or leadership teams.
- Ability to analyze, compile, and present metrics, requirements, risks/blockers, project timelines, and design flow diagrams.
Schedule
- Candidates within a commutable distance from Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO home offices are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, such candidates are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
