Sr. IAM Technical Analyst

Position type: Contract (12+ months)
Location: Irving, TX
Hybrid Onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week)
W-2 basis only

About the role

As a Sr. IAM Engineer, you will support security modernization projects, including access governance, entitlement management, and IAM platform deployment. The role requires strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills to facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate experience in Information Security Engineering or equivalent through work, consulting, military service, or education
• Apply expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools, security architecture, and enterprise security initiatives
• Maintain a strong understanding of security policies, compliance requirements, and risk management principles
• Support security modernization projects, including access governance, entitlement management, and IAM platform deployment

Requirements

• Strong IAM experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise application delivery
• Knowledge of SDLC, release management, change management, and deployment planning processes
• Experience with AI-enabled security capabilities and workflow automation (a plus)

Pay

Between $65 - $70 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, and other factors.
