Sr IAM Intake & Review Analyst
About the role
The Sr IAM Intake and Review Analyst utilizes technologies, processes, and practices to protect networks, computers, programs, and data from unauthorized access. This role serves as a backup for additional roles within the immediate area and collaborates with IT, the Project Management Office (PMO), and system leadership to ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations for system access requests and vendor onboarding/terminations. The analyst defines and manages review cycles for identity objects and works closely with the Information Privacy and Security Office (IPSO) to ensure compliance and documentation for non-employee roles, including vendors, contractors, consultants, and partners.
This position reports to the IAM Supervisor and has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the review lifecycle for defined applications and services.
- Build and maintain process libraries for intake and review.
- Understand Information Privacy and Security Office services, functional IT services, and business unit processes/systems to provide world-class security service.
- Manage the Access Request Form lifecycle, including testing, changes, and upgrades.
- Validate Access Request Forms for employees and non-employees.
- Work with IPSO to ensure termination of inactive non-employees and vendors in PeopleSoft.
- Create and streamline processes for intake of forms.
- Serve as a liaison for external audits regarding all identity lifecycles.
- Maintain and validate an exception list for authorized delegates who are not at the manager/supervisor level.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Identity and Access Management Service Catalog and Corporate Information Security policies and procedures.

- Practice customer service skills as provided through training and in-services.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Identity Management with a focus on entitlement and vendor relationships is required.
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in a professional business environment.
- One to two (1-2) years of experience in an identity management-related field with a focus on vendor connectivity.
- Proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively in written or oral format, along with analytical problem-solving skills.
- General understanding of application services and authorization.
- Proficiency with request management and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with HR systems (PeopleSoft preferred).
- General knowledge of account administration.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Strong consensus-building and collaborative interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze trends in intake and make proactive recommendations to adjust workload.

Qualifications
- ITIL Foundations v3.0 certification preferred.
